Privacy Policy
Elephant BioVision Inc. (“the Company”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and related laws, and handles the personal information of visitors to its website (www.elephantbiovision.com) as described below. This policy applies to the Company website; the privacy policy for the ADAM’S CODE app will be published separately at launch.
This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
1. Information we handle and why
We handle personal information only for the purposes below, and ask for consent again if a purpose changes.

2. Retention period
Where the law requires us to keep information longer, we keep it for that period.
- Launch notification: until the launch news is sent or consent is withdrawn
- Enquiries: until we reply or consent is withdrawn
- Server access logs: for the retention period of the hosting service
3. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except with your consent or where the law specifically requires it.
4. Processors and transfers abroad
We use the processors below to run the website. Their servers are located outside Korea, so your information is transferred abroad.

You may refuse the transfer abroad. In that case you won’t be able to use the notification and contact forms; please email us directly at the address below.
5. How we delete information
When the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, we delete the information without delay. Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered.
6. Your rights
You may ask at any time to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information, or to withdraw your consent.
Email the privacy officer below and we will act without delay. You may also make a request through a legal representative or an authorized person.
7. Security measures
- Keeping access to personal information to as few people as possible
- Encrypting data in transit (HTTPS)
- Protecting administrator accounts and keeping access logs
9. Children’s information
We do not collect personal information from children under 14. Only people aged 18 or over can sign up for the ADAM’S CODE launch notification.
